Interpersonal insights are a consultancy and training company led by International people intelligence specialist Brett Mabberley, who consults with and teaches ambitious individuals and organisations how to observe, interpret and utilise verbal and nonverbal behaviour in order to confidently connect and capitalise on every interaction.

Here's the problem, while mainstream education largely focuses on gaining qualifications, knowledge and technical abilities for your future career, the way we interact and communicate with others often gets forgotten, overlooked or seen as soft skills.

Meet Brett Mabberley -  The founder of interpersonal insights and our lead people intelligence consultant.

 

Brett is the founder and lead people intelligence consultant here at interpersonal insights, and has dedicated the past 15 years of his life learning how to master the art and science of human behaviour in order to teach others how to observe, interpret and utilise verbal and nonverbal behaviour.

Over this time Brett has gained many qualifications in the field of behavioural science, psychology, neuroscience and coaching. He has real-world experience of working with offenders in prison, helping young people overcome trauma and behavioural issues, teaching law enforcement, security and prison officers how to observe, interpret and utilise verbal and nonverbal behaviour, regularly consults to large multinational organisations such as law firms, trial science consultants, real estate and professional sales companies, and has created the Neuro Communication framework for other ambitious coaches, consultants and trainers who want to help others become people intelligent.

Brett has been asked to speak for multiple organisations such as the CIPD, Law Society, Aldi, RBS and prisons, multiple Universities and regularly speaks at business events and retreats.

Brett's mission through interpersonal insights is to help people from around the world see themselves and the world around them differently, by teaching them how to see and hear what most people can't when communicating with others while leaving them with the ability to confidently connect and capitalise on every interaction.
